Website for Coach Direct

MKX Design have just launched the new website for Essex based Coach Direct, the UK’s market leader in affordable coach and bus transport. The previous site has been completely rebuilt into a complete travel bookng portal and management system.

The website allows customers to request quotes for travel and provides them with their own password protected area where they can track their enquiries, view quotes and confirm bookings and make payments. Coach operators can sign-up to the website and receive email alerts of any enquiries that are made in their postcode area and view all the enquiries on the system throughout the country, they can then quote on them and receive notifications of the work they have won.

A new backend management system has been built to allow Coach Direct staff to manage all customer bookings and operator quotes. Staff can create quotes, confirmations and invoices and track all customer bookings and view various reports from the data contained in the system.
